To order Third Step Gel, decide what quantities you need and call the number above. We ship in 4 and 8 ounce bottles. There is a substantial price break for ordering in quantity.

Custom-Made Garments

Ordering custom-made garments is a bit more involved, because of the large number of products we manufacture and the need to ensure the optimum fit and configuration of special materials and zippers. 

Our local Phoenix residents may call to request an appointment to be measured for custom garments. We would require a referral or prescription from a physician.

Custom garments are generally ordered by therapists at hospitals and clinics and by professionals at pharmacies and medical supply shops. Most orders are placed by fax transmittal of measurements on our order forms and measurement charts. The latest ordering forms are dated April, 1998. If yours are a little outdated and have been copied and re-copied many times, download a new set here, or call to have a complete set of forms and prices faxed or mailed to you.
