| You must transmit your
custom-made hand garment order using the Bio-Concepts Hand
Measurement Chart. Please make sure that all of the required information is entered clearly and
accurately. If you do not have a reasonably clean copy of the HMC, call Bio-Concepts at
the toll free number and we will send you a clean set of order forms right away.
The latest version of the Bio-Concepts Hand
Measurement Chart is dated January 2008. The forms needed for hand
garments are available below as Adobe Acrobat Reader files. If you
do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer you will not be
able to view and print these documents. Don't worry, it's free at
the adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/.
Just follow their instructions.

It is extremely important that our
designers have complete and accurate measurements. Do not use light colored ink pens or colored felt pens, some colors do not
fax well, if at all.
We are happy to modify hand garments to
fit the patient's needs. We can make gloves that end at the wrist or elbow; we can make
mittens, and multi-length gauntlets. Our hand garments can incorporate variable finger
lengths and combinations of open and closed ends. Make sure you identify all modifications
directly on the Hand Measurement Chart.
